Products are shipped from our warehouse within 1 TO 2 working days.

The order will be delivered in 3 TO 5 days from the date of dispatch.

You will receive order tracking details as soon as we ship your order.

Partial Payment of Rs.50/100 made while placing an order is non-refundable in case of Return To Origin.

Example: If the customer is not available on the time of delivery or refused to accept the order in all 3 attempts of delivery it is considered as Return to Origin and the partial payment made by the customer will not be refunded in such case.

Once the order is processed and dispatched shipping charge is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Self-Shipment
If your Pin code is not in the serviceable area i.e. if our delivery agents are not able to come for pick-up, the customer has to self-ship the product. The shipping charge will be refunded only if the customer provides the Docket Slip.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and purchase receipt. Within 3-4 days of receiving the product(s), the purchase amount + courier charges will be refunded to your bank account.
